When does it ship?

It ships on November 20. That's the date your Tank T4 Ultra leaves our warehouse, and you'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's on its way.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 14 days in smartwatch mode, or around 30 hours with GPS running continuously. A 10-minute charge gives you a full day of use when you're heading out the door.

How accurate is the GPS?

Accurate to within about 3 metres. The Tank T4 Ultra locks onto GPS, GLONASS and Galileo satellites together, so your track stays true under tree cover and between tall buildings.

Is it water resistant?

Yes — rated 10 ATM, which means it's fine for swimming, surfing and showering. It's built to handle rain, sweat and full submersion without missing a beat.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Send it back in any condition within that window and we'll cover the return shipping — no restocking fee.

What does the warranty cover?

Two years covering manufacturing defects — the display, battery, buttons and GPS module. If something fails under normal use, we repair or replace it free of charge.

Your Tank T4 Ultra ships on Nov 20. Shipping is $9.95 flat, and orders arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch — free on orders over $150.

Can I return it if it's not right for me?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Send it back in any condition as long as it's complete, and we cover the return shipping.

Is it waterproof enough for trail use?

Yes, it handles rain, mud and river crossings without issue. The sealed case and button guards keep water out during trail running and hiking, though we don't recommend diving or prolonged submersion.

How accurate is GPS off-grid?

It locks onto a position within a few metres, even with no phone signal. The multi-band receiver holds a fix under dense canopy and in valleys where a phone GPS drops out.

How long does the battery last between charges?

You get about a week of normal use, or around 20 hours with GPS running continuously. A short charge tops it up for a full day on the trail.

Will it work with my phone?

Yes — it pairs with both iPhone and Android over Bluetooth. You'll need the companion app to sync notifications and activity data, and it works with any phone from the last few years.
